Supply of Liquor to Minors
We cannot supply wine to minors. You must be at least 18 years old to use this wine purchase facility in New Zealand. It is illegal to purchase wine if you are under the age of 18 and it is illegal to provide false details to purchase wine. Other age limits may apply in countries outside of New Zealand.
Our Payment, Pricing and Currency Policy
Payment is by Visa and MasterCard credit card only. We do not accept debit card payment. All prices displayed on this site are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST. We make every effort to ensure prices are correctly displayed on our site, but reserve the right not to proceed should an item have incorrect price. If an item has an incorrect price we will advise you and provide an option to continue at the correct price or to cancel your order.
Your Purchase Security
Our server uses Internet-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) channel encryption to protect your credit card information. This encrypts the information you input to the payment web-site. Your credit card information is not retained on our web-site.
Our Freight Terms
There is no minimum order quantity for purchase, however minimum freight within New Zealand is charged based on one 12 bottle case regardless of orders less than 12 bottles. Delivery time within New Zealand is normally between 1 to 5 working days.
We recommend and prefer nzwinehome for international door to door freight. Details on door to door freight charges and terms may be found on their web-site at www.nzwinehome.co.nz. Misha’s Vineyard Wines is not responsible for taxes, duties, fees or additional charges that may be charged for international shipments. For more information on international freight, please enquire through firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our Returns Policy
Once a purchase is confirmed and dispatched, it is considered final. If you wish to cancel a transaction please notify us immediately and we will make our best endeavour to cancel prior to dispatch. If we are able to cancel prior to dispatch we will provide a full refund. If a wine you have purchased from us is in some way faulty or damaged, we will replace it upon your request. We may require the faulty or damaged item to be returned to us at our expense. Product is insured by us and our courier up to delivery at your shipping address only. We are not responsible for damage or theft of product once delivered.
Important: This Returns Policy applies to orders within New Zealand only and notification of a damaged or faulty product must be within 14 days of date of purchase.
